THE METHOD
Caroli is a method radically different from all other systems of physical preparation. On ther first visit, the member is subjected to a thorough study - fitness profile - which includes medical examination, assessment of percentage body fat and muscle, analysis of the habits and food intolerances, and cardiovascular risk factors.
With the results of this thorough report, the team of Caroli design a customized wellness program: personal trainer, pilates, weight training, stretching in kinesis room, physiotherapy and beauty treatments, facials and body, days of relaxation, SPA, Jacuzzi, hammam or Vichy shower.
THE WESTIN VALENCIA CLUB
More than 800 square meters for the enjoyment and well-being at its best. The Caroli Health Club Center in Valencia offers the image and services of Caroli integrating elements from the character of Valencia.
SPA An area of more than 400 square meters with a special role that includes a saltwater swimming pool ionized 12 meters long, Finnish sauna, hammam, experience showers and relaxation area.
CAROLI WELLNESS CLUB ADMITTANCE POLICY
The indoor therapy pool is only available for adults (18 years and older), children are not allowed. The therapy pool is part of our Caroli Wellness Center’s water area, which includes hammam, sauna and Cromotherapy shower. Use of the gym and kinesis area is free of charge.
Starting on June 1st, the water area or hydrotherapy area will be free for in house guests only.
